mig. in the video you were asked what god is for you. is there something you wish to add?
o. god for me is a unifying energy. god is the energy that we all believe in and possess a spark of. i believe that we connect with and reflect the energy that is god whenever we bring forth the best that we have inside of us.

mig. is the word god controversial for you? if yes why?
o. of all the terms we could use, god is probably, to me, the least controversial. although i know it is the most controversial for people who may not believe in a creator, i do believe that, for those who do believe in a higher power, god is the unifying word that allows all of us to align across multiple belief systems.

mig. do you think of religion when you hear the word god? if yes, why?
o. i tend to. most people when they refer to god do so in a very religious context. when people are spiritual they may refer to something else. they may use god but the language around it points towards spirituality rather than religion.

mig. do you believe everything happens for a reason, or are we the reason why things happen?
o. i believe both. i believe that there is a lattice-work of intention, that we can bring forth and make things manifest in the world, but i also do believe that there are pre-determined pathways and those pathways to me are destined. i believe there is flexibility and wiggle room. i do believe that every single one of us have experiences where we undoubtedly know that something is at play and we don’t really know what that is, so we call it destiny and we call it kismet we use all these terms. but i do believe that we do have a sense that certain things are happening as they should. i sometimes like to think that there are lines of energy streaming from one person to another that bring us together.

mig. define love. what does love mean for you?
o. love for me means the unification and expression of emotion between people at its highest form. when people come together and really feel the connection of what it means to be in support, honor and communion at the highest level, that to me is love. you can experience the emotion of love with your family, friends, colleagues, children, colleagues and the world at large. to me love is the reflection of how we as human beings can be one together and experience complete fulfilment.

mig. do you think love is something all life forms share?
o. at its essence, i do believe that all life forms have the capacity to be and/or experience unification and wholeness. So yes, we all share love, whether consciously or unconsciously.

mig. what in your opinion can make a relationship last a whole lifetime?
o. when the two individuals are willing to evolve and dance with each other. i think that, a lot of times, relationships fall out of balance when one or both are not willing to do what it takes to stay in step and in tune and align their intentions, goals and desires; they don’t have to embody or embrace all of the same beliefs, they just have to be aligned where it matters most. i think that, a lot of times, people fall out of love and union because they are not willing to do what it takes to evolve, at least in the same direction with one another.

mig. what have you learned about life so far?
o. the perspective we choose to embrace for the most part determines the quality of what we experience. the perspective that we apply to life determines EVERYTHING, especially how we show up in the world. my work in the world is based on helping people, businesses and communities show up powerfully and that happens by teaching them how to embrace a new way of seeing their world. to me life is as much a window as it is a mirror.

mig. how would you describe us/humanity today?
o. humanity is a wealth of limitless potential. every single one of us has something special to express. every single one of us has something powerful we can bring forth and share with the world. it is up to us whether or not we choose to be generous with ourselves and the rest of humanity; shine that light and burnbright! i believe that showing up as who we are truly meant to be in this world, turning our dreams into reality, shining our light and sharing ourselves fully is an authentic pathway to full self-expression, and an act of generosity and love.
